• You can cancel your transfer service free of charge up until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• No fees will be charged, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled transfer, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

How to Cancel

• Please make sure to include your booking reference number, name, and date of the transfer in your message.

Refund Processing

• For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
